Custom Stencil Request Guidelines

Custom stencils are available for an additional $10 per stencil.

• Payment is due no later than July 3 (7 days before the event on July 10th)
• No exceptions. Any custom stencil payment received after July 3rd will not be accepted, and a custom stencil will not be created.
• Before submitting payment, enter the following in the "Add an Order Note" section:
  • Your email address
  • Your requested custom stencil phrase
• All custom stencil requests are subject to review and feasibility.
• Maximum of 2 lines and up to 9 words total.
• Not all phrases can be accommodated due to size, design, or production limitations.
• A notification will be sent if your requested phrase cannot be created.
• Submission of a phrase does not guarantee approval. Approval will be confirmed after review.
